I think people like to complain when they see mis-spelled words in the newspaper, but when the average person is writing almost anything, it is once through spell check and it is done. It is laziness I guess. And forget e-mail, that is all "open season". Thanks for the reminder of what this looks like. Uggggg.

Affect in mental or physical health diagnoses: the observer looks for facial gestures and subtle behaviors that would indicate how one might display feelings. For instance, if a person is talking about how upset they are that their dog died and show no visiable sadness or discomfort in face or body, they are displaying little to no affect. Humans expect to see happiness, sadness, anger or emotions that matches a person's words.

Wow! This is a very slick site. Echoing Paula's comment, it's all "very impressive".

I do like the whole theme of the site. It's very clever and inviting.

I'll certainly avail myself of your obvious experience and wisdom when it comes to my writing. Looks like a fantastic resource. I'll even click on a few links now and then to help keep it affordable.

Who knows...maybe I'll finally learn which comes first, the "i" or the "e"! :) (stupid joke)

Your Friend,
Johnny G.
